Scope of work includes: removal of the unapproved suite, reconfiguration of walls on both levels, replacing drywall throughout, new patio door at the rear, new front door with sidelight, new window on the west elevation, six new skylights, adding an EV charger, heat pump and new flooring and lighting throughout.
