Dugaro - Apr 27/23 Scope of work includes removing 3 windows on the west and 1 from the east elevation, washroom upgrades, new interior stair guards, reconfiguring the master bedroom bathroom and closet, and new ceiling finish in the master bedroom. REVISION #1 - To remove the previously proposed secondary suite from the basement, including removing the range and all associated wiring up to the supply breaker Ok for Field Review as per Manuel Meier - Feb 23/23 Notes: - There are no added plumbing fixtures. - This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. - REUP submitted by Allen Joshua Selva Rabi.
