Exterior renovations are limited to add a new condensing unit on the roof. Scope of work includes adding a new transformer in the fire-rated utility closet and a new T-bar ceiling in a new Room G205F. OK for field review as per Richard Allen, February 7, 2023 Revision #1: - Remove door from transformer closet, and replace with open metal. - gate, with transformer positioned side by side instead of stacked atop each other.
