Scope of work includes repairs, replacement and/or partial replacement to wall cladding, soffits, fascia, trims, and flashings, doors and windows, balcony guardrails, gutters, downspouts, and sheet waterproof membrane. Additional work includes replacement of exterior wall lighting and painting affected by the repairs. Notes: 1. Application approved under VBBL 2019 (#12511) 2. Exterior work only. No interior work or electrical work proposed. 3. Building envelope professional: Ana Gutierrez at 604.295.8070 Revision #1: P Volpi, May 22, 2024 1. Page (BE-0.1) Change to Entry doors (D2, D3,D6, D8, D10, D12) will be retained and repainted. 2.
