Scope of work to include interior layout changes, addition of one washroom, addition of exercise equipment, flooring, lighting and HVAC upgrades. This space will be for the exclusive use of office tenants of the 550 Burrard St only - per the operational letter attached to this permit. A permanent sign indicating a maximum of 25 person occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous location - per the building review branch, DBL. Ok for field review per S. Jordan 12 Feb 2024.
