- I have purchased this pool: https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/hydro-force-steel-pro-frame-pool-set-12-ft-x-39-5-in-0813346p.html#srp. My yard is surrounded by a 6' privacy fence with gates except for the back of the lot which requires me to fence it in. The pool is 35"'s deep so I am looking to be in compliance with the bylaws. It is a small kids pool used only from june to august when I will take it down for the season. It is not permanent in any way. I just want to ensure I am in compliance.
