This permit is for project site work and Building 1 at the front (North) - Duplex. *1 hr - Fire shutters with Fusible links are provided at the West and South Elevation for Spatial protection as a fallback plan for Building 1. See plans. An alternative solution is to come. - Building 2 at the rear (South) is with BP-2024-03655 - An Infill. VBBL 2019 - NFPA 13R for Building 1 & 13D for Building 2. Rev #1 - (Apr. 22, 2025) - Interior and exterior changes, including some spatial changes, and enclose one of the two previously approved garage spaces and convert it to interior living space.
