Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations at the rear of this site (over building line) including new spa-tub, new stepped terraces and stairs with new landscaping at the rear of this existing Single Detached House as approved by the Board of Variance Appeal Z#36037 on May 23, 2023. No proposed changes to the existing house. Pool/hot tub to be fully fenced/enclosed (minimum 4'-0") and all gates and doors are to be equipped with locks and self-closing devices. The issuance of this permit is subject to the archaeology monitoring program identified by ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. for the 2715 Point Grey Road Foreshore Redevelopment Project, under Heritage Conservation Act permit 2024-0262, SHIP 2024-123, SNAIP 24-0174, TWN-23366-24118, and 2024-MIB-119-AIA. All subsequent management recommendations resulting from ongoing field results during construction must be followed. This may result in amendments to this permit.
