Scope of work includes adding a hand wash sink, a mop sink, a washer and a dryer, and installing two layers of 5/8" thick GWB. Venting for new dryer connected to existing louver in the open loading bay. Separate plumbing permit is required for new venting for the dryer. OK for field review as per Eun Jeon. Note: 1. Development Permit is not required for change of use to outright use of Beauty and Wellness Centre in C-2 and ok for BP only based on proposed Beauty and Wellness Centre tenant layout as per David Jung, May 29, 2024. 2. Venting to existing louver in the open loading area is acceptable if it complies with Plumbing By-law as per Rebecca Leung, September 11, 2024.
