Due to grading of the yard, some areas of the deck will be 0-1 feet off the ground (left side), while other sides (back and right) will be 4 feet off the ground. 42" height railing around back and right side of deck where height exceeds 4ft. Railing will have black aluminum balusters, and pressure treated posts, rails and rail caps. Proposed footings are PYLEX footings, 4x4 posts, and pressure treated decking material and building supplies. Will be using corrosion and rust resistant hardware and fasteners. All drawings and diagrams of proposed materials and spec drawings are attached.
