- There is an existing front and deck extention that were constricted by the previous owner wihtout the required permits, and a city of cambridge inspector visited the property to inform us of this issue. Our goal is to demolish these strictures and restore the property to it's original condition, but due to the winter season, we are requestio an extention to being the demolition in May or June of 2026, if possible.
