The address number is to be posted to the building to be visible from the street and the suite numbers are to be posted at the suite entries in accordance with the Building By-law prior to final inspection. Note: - Schedule B Struc. & Geotech - N. K. Varshney, P. Eng., 604 251 5320 (N. K. V. Engineering & Consulting Ltd.) - Dampproofing to comply with Vancouver Building By-law requirements; Letters of Assurance may be required. - No Strata-titling will be permitted - An annual Vancouver Business License must be obtained prior to the rental of this approved one-family dwelling and/or secondary suite on this site Should the existing foundation have to be lowered to accommodate the crawlspace conversion to a full depth basement or cellar then additional structural engineered drawings and revised Schedule B will need to be provided.
