Existing CO building will be demolished (under a separate BP) once the new CO building is completed and commissioned. Existing cable vault will be fully upgraded and connected to new building. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on July 1, 2025. 2. The facility operates as unmanned telecommunications infrastructure as per TELUS letter dated August 20, 2025, and is a post-disaster building. 3. Installation of Underground Fuel Storage Tank serve CO Building - 2X3000 USG 4. Part 11 upgrades to existing building are waived as the existing building will be demolished once the new CO building is operational.
