Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To alter the exterior and interior of this existing Liquor Store to relocate the main entrance and provide improvements. Scope of work includes removal of existing window graphics. Scope of work: - Removal of existing equipment, millwork, finishes, electrical and lighting, flooring, existing glazing and sliding storefront door, T-bar ceiling and tile. - New equipment, millwork, non-load bearing and furring partition, cooler wall, new storefront glazing panel and sliding door, T-bar and ceiling, electrical and lighting, interior signages. NOTE: Separate sign permits required. All glazing to remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
