Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. Heat pumps must be rated no higher than 60 dB(A). It is the responsibility of the owner and the licensed contractor to ensure heat pumps are specified and sited to minimize the sound level transmission along property lines as required by the Noise Control Bylaw #6555.
