Work to remove basement suite. Exterior work to enlarge a door on east elevation and infill windows on north and south elevations. Scope of work includes new partitions, replace interior finishes fixture and equipment including fireplace units and install a new heat pump. OK for Field Review per W.Wong Note to Applicant: services of a structural engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector Heat pumps must be rated no higher than 60 dB(A). It is the responsibility of the owner and the licensed contractor to ensure heat pumps are specified and sited to minimize the sound level transmission along property lines as required by the Noise Control Bylaw #6555.
