All new work should comply with 3.1.5 Noncombustible Construction. - This is categorized as Minor Renovation and Change of Major Occupancy: F2, S3, N3, & A3, but S3 upgrade is waived by Saul Schwebs on Nov 08, 2024. - N3 assessment report by a registered professional must be submitted after investigating falling hazards of the entire building exit. Review on the report and any required upgrades will be processed as a revision.
