Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior/exterior alterations and addition to “Streetscape A” of this existing one-family dwelling “Building B” (originally issued under DE413427) by performing the following: - Relocating the building to be square with the east/west property lines; - Alteration of the exterior and replacement/addition to the upper floor; and - Addition of a new crawlspace and foundation. This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on February 7, 2017 and was ALLOWED under Z35024, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning who refused Development Application NO. DP-2016-00284 and a request to permit interior and exterior alteration by relocating the existing building to be more evenly spaced along the East & west property line, alterations to the exterior and the replacement with an addition to the upper floor, and the addition of a new crawlspace and new foundations added to this existing site, subject to the following condition: (1) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning & Development By-Law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
