Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a 7-storey (Z&D 6-storey) mixed-use combustible residential building, consisting of 1st and 2nd storeys - retail shell and two 2-storey dwelling units, 3rd to 7th storeys - multiple dwelling units, all over 2 levels of below grade parking having vehicular access from lane. Building to be noncombustible construction below 2nd storey slab and combustible construction for the remainder of the building, related to AL-2024-00003 for combustible construction. Total dwelling units = 77. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on January 19, 2024. Building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13 requirements. Radio Antenna System to be installed in this building. Note: All CRU units at L1 are designed to meet requirements for single exit ( TD & suite area). Additional exit may be required at TI application stage if an increase of OL or suite area is proposed. Public corridor to the back of CRU units at L1 may need to be upgraded to meet requirements for an exit. All tenant spaces require separate tenant improvement permits.
