Building to be noncombustible construction below 2nd storey slab and combustible construction for the remainder of the building, related to AL-2024-00003 for combustible construction. Total dwelling units = 77. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on January 19, 2024. Building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13 requirements. Radio Antenna System to be installed in this building. Note: All CRU units at L1 are designed to meet requirements for single exit ( TD & suite area). Additional exit may be required at TI application stage if an increase of OL or suite area is proposed.
