Proposed alterations include new single stage fire alarm, locker room, offices, storage, and weight room. Revision #1- 2025-01-21- S.Le Add rooms: A142, A119 Circ 3, A140 Female Staff and A141 Visitor Food Prep east of GL 2 on the east concourse side underneath the existing stadium grand stands. The floor area added is 1052 sf. This change includes a new slab on grade, exterior walls and roof assembly, plumbing fixtures, millwork, interior finishes, HVAC and electrical services. Revision #2- 2025-04-10- S.Le To remove the proposed scope of work accepted under Revision #1. Revision #3- 2025-05-08- S.Le To remove the requirement for connection of the new fire alarm to the temporary structures (see building permit BP-2024-00637). See uploaded rationale and commitment letter dated, May 8th, 2025. Temporary structures to be removed by, December 31st, 2025.
