Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #1915 - 19th Floor (expanding to suite #1910) Interior alterations to provide tenant improvement to an existing office tenant on the 19th floor (#1915) to expand into an adjacent unit (#1910) retaining #1915 in this existing commercial building on the site. Scope of work: Remove a portion of the demising wall to combine the 2 suites (#1910 & #1915), construct new partitions to build new private offices, new expanded meeting room, new millwork, door, floor, glazing finishes, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler work. REVISION #1: To revise the number of window offices from 3 to 4. Wall, ceiling and electrical plans have been revised to suit. Increase in project cost of $15,000 (from $150,000 to $165,000). Mar 13/24 - LLL TENANT: Olthuis Van Ert Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
