Notes: - This building is not sprinklered. - REUP Submitted by Scott Silverthorn, Capture Energy, 604-787-1952. Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law and as per the Energy Efficiency Upgrade Details noted in the Energuide Report. * Selected upgrades: increase vaulted ceiling to R14 or higher, electrical panel amperage, switch appliance fuel to electric, bathroom exhaust fans on timers, exterior ceiling increased to minimum R14, insulate uninsulated spaces. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and in hallways serving sleeping units on each storey as per Building Bylaw 9.10.19. - Install Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per Building By-Law 9.32.4.2.
