Field Review - Addition / Alteration - CF-2020-009927 Exterior and interior alterations to renovate the basement and upper floors of this existing Single Detached House on this inside with lane and flanking lane site. Scope of work includes reconfiguring the walls, new insulation in the roof and exterior walls, and replacing exterior windows and doors. The accessory building is not in scope. Notes: - This building is not sprinklered. - REUP Submitted by Scott Silverthorn, Capture Energy, 604-787-1952. Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law and as per the Energy Efficiency Upgrade Details noted in the Energuide Report. * Selected upgrades: increase vaulted ceiling to R14 or higher, electrical panel amperage, switch appliance fuel to electric, bathroom exhaust fans on timers, exterior ceiling increased to minimum R14, insulate uninsulated spaces. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and in hallways serving sleeping units on each storey as per Building Bylaw 9.10.19. - Install Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per Building By-Law 9.32.4.2.
