Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1225 Robson St (neighbourhood public house space) Interior renovations to remove non-load bearing partitions of this existing neighborhood public house (second storey area only) back to a shell neighborhood public house space at 1225 Robson St in this existing commercial (hotel) building on this site. Scope of work includes removing existing washrooms, kitchen, raised floors including interior steps and vestibules at the front and back, and adding a new interior non-combustible stairs at the existing exit door. Separate permits is required for future tenant improvements. OK for field review as per Dave Holbrook, February 26, 2024 Notes: 1. This is a sprinklered building. 2. There is a parking entrance/driveway between pub area and hotel entrance on the second storey (street level at Robson St due to sloped site). The first storey of pub area is connected to the first storey of hotel. Therefore, for both spaces (pub area and hotel entrance) 1225 Robson St only was assigned. If a new pub tenant does not occupy the first storey in the future, a separate address should be assigned to the pub space and travel distance for the first storey of pub should be provided.
