Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to repair, restore and remove work without permit additions, in this existing 3 storey Multiple Conversion Dwelling (3 units) with an attached 1-car drive-through garage, and existing 2-car detached garage on this site. Scope of work includes replacement of cladding, new windows, gut the interior (stripped down to the studs), and roof repair. REVISION #1: - To update the window sizes on the north, east and south elevations - To remove the internal stair case and install two elevators - To construct exterior stairs on the roof deck of L2 up to a new ~1211sf roof top deck - To change exterior guards to face mounted B.
