Scope of work includes replacement of cladding, new windows, gut the interior (stripped down to the studs), and roof repair. REVISION #1: - To update the window sizes on the north, east and south elevations - To remove the internal stair case and install two elevators - To construct exterior stairs on the roof deck of L2 up to a new ~1211sf roof top deck - To change exterior guards to face mounted B. Wong - Dec 16/24 Schedule A, Architectural Schedule B, Schedule D submitted by W. Neil Robertson, 604.780.5585 Structural Schedule B submitted by Kurt Geussepe Quines, P. Eng., 604.484.2859 Entire building is to be sprinklered to NFPA 13R requirements. A separate Sprinkler Permit is required. Note: - This is an existing 3-unit rental (non-strata titled) building and is proposed to remain as rental. Future proposal to stratify the building will require a separate application and may be subject to further VBBL upgrades. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and within 5 m outside each sleeping area on each storey as per Building By-law 9.10.19. - Install carbon monoxide alarm as per Building By-law 9.32.4.2. & Bulletin 2007-007-BU/EL.
