Unauthorized existing glass enclosure to be removed, unauthorized existing wood stud interior wall to be rebuild with steel stud. Note: 1. Related to Board of Variance Appeal No. Z36131 and DP-2023-00814 2. Changes of sprinkler may be required due to the change of layout, DBI to determine on site if a sprinkler permit is required. 3. Plumbing and Electrical permits are required subjobs to validate the unauthorized work and should be completed before the final inspection of the building permit. OK for Field Review as per O. Luo April 16th, 2024
