Work-related to each floor: - This application is to include the BP (BU459729) for the ground floor since it has expired. The scope of work includes: * Fire-rated separation for the exit stair, * provide fire retardant for the interior wood finishes (restaurant), and * update on washroom finishes, but no alterations.
