Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 5th (South) AND 6th (South) - **PHASE 3 OF 4 Interior alterations to the 5th AND 6th (both south side) floors to provide improvements for the Third of Four Phases for this existing multi-floor office tenant in this existing commercial building on this site. Scope of Work: Interior renovations only to refresh the office space including some new partitions and some removal of offices to create open office areas. Lighting and HVAC will be altered to suit the new layout. No change to the build core services or building envelope. Note the renovations do not include the entire floor areas as some of the floors are partial renovation only.
