New egress walkway at main roof, and metal panel soffit at main roof & 4th floor overhand. Scope of work is for Building Envelope Repair only. Drawings for interior layout are reference only and do not validate any unauthorized work. Note: 1. OK to process as DB for exterior alterations per Oliver Szeleczky. 2. Relaxation of side yard cleared by Andrew Wroblewski and canopies over the doors at the rear approved by Sonia Erichsen.
