Scope of work includes a non-accessible pergola above 1755 W 3rd Ave. No access to pergola structure, replacement of existing windows, A new overhead garage door not to be used for vehicular transport. Revision#1 - The front metal gable is now wrapping down to the ground. - The aesthetic pergola structure is now deeper and includes metal trellises - Structural engineer for the pergola has changed Letter of assurance submitted: - Gary Yuen, P.Eng., 403.968.6984 OK for DB per M.Tavanpour OK for Field Review per W.Wong Note: No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk This permit is for alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
