Scope of work includes to install a new washroom on the 2nd floor. letters of assurance submitted by: Edward Hakkon Murray, Reg Architect, Schedule A, Architectural Schedule B. Ke Jian Ma P.Eng, Structural Schedule B No structural drawings required as determined by ECO and Engineer - Interior alterations to remove nonloadbearing partitions and walls revision#1 Interior alterations including removing and rebuilding washroom on second floor and removing and rebuilding stairs between basement and 1st floor. Change in structural professional. Rev #2 Interior layout changes include new walls and door to separate rooms, create change area and closet, added millwork. Note: 1. Refer to DP-2025-00852 for change of use from Beauty and Wellness Centre to Fitness Centre. 2. The number of persons in the suite does not exceed 30 and a permanent sign, with lettering not less than 50 mm high with a 12 mm stroke, indicating the lesser of the occupant load for the suite or 30 persons, shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the suite's principal entrance.
