Class 3 Cooking Operation in the Artist Lunch Area/Event Bar. No commercial food operations are permitted. Occupant Load at 298 Alexander St = Max 30 persons Sch A, Arch B, Struct B, Mech B, Plbg B, Elec B, Geotech B, & Sch D are submitted. ***REVIEWED UNDER VBBL 2019 WITH AMENDMENTS EFFECTIVE ON JAN 24, 2024*** Building Review Branch Notes: - The work is considered Major Renovation and Minor Vertical Addition (F2, S3, N3, & A3). - Separate permits are required for all signage and tenant improvement at 105 Gore Av. - Separate event permit and/or license are required for each Temporary Art Event for Max 150 persons only. - The underground service space must not be used as a storage as per 3.6.1.4. - A revision is required if the storage room needs to be changed to a garbage room in compliance with 3.6.2.5. - Handrail extension at the bottom of the west mezzanine stairs shall be accepted by District Building Inspector.
