STAGED CONSTRUCTION Stage 1 - excavation and shoring - issued 2019-09-27 Revision 1 - Proposed 18 additional market dwelling units, revising the residential roof decks, adding an additional level of below grade parking (P4) to serve the extra residential units and revising the bicycle storage room on level P1 per M/A DP-2020-00806.
