All tenant spaces require separate Tenant Improvement permits. Total dwelling units = 24 social housing + 51 market housing = 75. Fire Department response point located at 1818 Alberni St. - market housing lobby (primary) 751 Denman St - social housing lobby (secondary) This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511).
