The building will be divided into 2 separate buildings with a 2h firewall from 3rd storey to roof and 4h firewall from Levels 1 to 2. The storage garage is designed as separate building with 3.2.1.2. slab. Firewall terminates on 3.2.1.2. slab. Total dwelling units = 93. All tenant spaces require separate tenant improvement permits.
