High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Building Permit for DP-2022-00089 Interior and exterior alterations and major horizontal and vertical addition to this existing 3-storey First Shaughnessy Heritage Conservation Area Heritage B Single Detached House to convert to a 4-storey Part 3 building. Scope of work includes: - Restoration of the upper balcony on the West Elevation - Addition to the rear of the house at the basement, main and second floors - Demolition of existing detached garage - New attached underground 5 car garage - Removing existing outdoor pool, to be replaced by a reflecting pond with yoga deck.
