Entire building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13R ***REVIEWED UNDER VBBL 2019, WITH UPDATED ENERGY REQUIREMENTS AS PER BYLAW #12997 EFFECTIVE JAN 01, 2022*** Building Review Branch Notes: - Grade must not be altered at any time. - All bath and shower controls shall be lever type and easily accessible in compliance with VBBL 3.8.5.5.(3). - All exterior stairs serving more than two dwelling units shall have tactile warning strips as per VBBL 9.8.6.5 & 3.8.2.10.(3) & 3.8.3.9.(3). - All new windows, doors and skylights shall conform to VBBL 9.7.4.2.
