Ok for field review per S. Jordan 13 Mar 2024 All work must be conducted in accordance with Safe Work Procedures approved by Qualified Professional and WorkSafeBC requirements. This permit is for alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action.
