Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 2053 WHYTE AV Interior alterations to provide renovations to existing duplex on this site. Scope of work to include minor interior layout changes to main and upper floor, new kitchen, new millwork, flooring and lighting upgrades. Revision #1 - Add elevator and relocate HRV Elevator to conform to CAN/CSA B44 Structural Schedule B - Richard James Fowler P.Eng. (604) 484-2859 DBI to determine if separate sprinkler permit is required. SP required / SE(DBI) Services of a structural engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector. Further Peng (St) review pending conditions on site when framing exposed / SE(DBI) Revision #2 - New 2" EPS outsulation & apply new stucco cladding to match existing - Replace all Exist. Windows and doors with bronze art triple glazed units - Replace exist. Decorative (non-bearing) pilasters w/ new 8x8 posts @ front entry - Remove exist. Raised entry floor and stairs @ front entry - Replace exist. Front door with new glass and wood unit @ front entry - Extend exist. Cantilevered balcony on second floor - Revised power room layout on main floor - Replace exist. Fireplace on main floor - Replace exist. Staircase (see details on PG. A-6) - Replace exist, awning window with new door and fixed sidelight @ roof deck - Replace Exist. Gas fireplaces - New conc.
