This building is equipped with a radio antenna system. 13-Mar-2025 - Stage 1 (Excavation and Shoring) issued. The Stage 1 was issued subject to the following conditions: 1. No work is to start until all TransLink requirements are incorporated into the drawings and the owner (Transca Vancouver W 49th. Ave Ltd.) entered in 2 legal agreements as requested by Translink (crane swing and soil use agreements); refer to a letter signed by TransLink on Sept. 13, 2024. NOTE: Care of CP is to notify the City when the legal agreements are finalized and provide the City with revised E &S / ESC drawings modified per TrasLink request ( if drawings changed). 2. Encroachment agreement between Leslie Alexander and Transca Vancouver W 49th. Ave Ltd. should be in place prior to the work begins.
