This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is John Buscemi, P. Eng., CP. Refer to BP-2025-04212 for the scope in 8250 Manitoba St (Building 2). OK to apply Table 3.7.2.2.-B for washroom capacity calculations on these industrial/office floors as per Matthew Lam on Aug 08, 2025. ***REVIEWED UNDER VBBL 2019 WITH AMENDMENTS EFFECTIVE ON FEB 28, 2025*** STAGED CONSTRUCTION Stage 1: Full Construction - issued November 17, 2025 Building Review Branch Notes: - This BP scope does NOT include Change of Use or Major Occupancy of any other unit(s). For Change of Major Occupancy, a separate BP is required for each unit. - An easement between the property owner of the units and the strata ensuring common washroom access shall be registered before completion of this BP. REVISION #1 (Feb 06/26, A. Min): - Raised floor, relocated entry doors, and provided stairs and landing at the entry the communal washrooms on Level 4. - Reversed the water basin and urinal locations in the male washrooms on both Level 4 & 5. - Deleted Acoustic Ceiling Tiles in the washrooms and revised ERV locations and lightings.
