For Change of Major Occupancy, a separate BP is required for each unit. - An easement between the property owner of the units and the strata ensuring common washroom access shall be registered before completion of this BP. REVISION #1 (Feb 06/26, A. Min): - Raised floor, relocated entry doors, and provided stairs and landing at the entry the communal washrooms on Level 4. - Reversed the water basin and urinal locations in the male washrooms on both Level 4 & 5. - Deleted Acoustic Ceiling Tiles in the washrooms and revised ERV locations and lightings.
