The unobstructed path of travel for firefighters is not more than 65 m and complies to Sentence 3.2.5.5.(3) of the VBBL 2019. Stage I - Excavation and Shoring Issued: March 22, 2022 Stage II - Struct to Grade & Underground Plumbing Works) Issued: September 13, 2022 Stage III - Full Permit Issued April 24, 2023 BP Revisions Issued: 19-Dec-2022 - Revsion#1 Changes to E & S drawings to excavate deeper. To excavate deeper to allow installation of thicker insulation under the parkade slab in this Passive House. 17-Jan-2025 - Rev. #2 BP revision after DPMA DP-2024-00775 To install a new generator to provide emergency power to sumps during power failure. Changes to A/E/CCD plans as summarized in letters signed RPR responsible for Arch & Electrical disciplines. Changes of Engineer of Record responsible for electrical discipline: 14-Apr-2025 -Rev#3 Changes to window schedule on final design dwgs; specifically to types W4 and W1; refer to dwg. AS-4.0 . Changes are captured on the FDD stamped on Apr 08, 2025, by the CP.; refer to and related floor plans where windows type W4 (5" high sill) and type W1(24" high sill) are proposed. To prevent tampering with the window unlocking mechanism, a cap will be installed to cover the keyhole on type W4 and type W1 windows. For more details refer to correspondence between the City and CP, Ed Chow P. Eng. uploaded to POSSE in Docs. Final response from CP received on Apr 14, 2025. Letter by Jonathan Adams, P. Eng. to confirm that the openable windows (type W1 and Type W4) are designed to meet the code-related guard loads on file.
