Description

OK to relax existing door sizes that are not complying with 3.3.1.13.(1) and the existing vestibule with 3.3.5.7 as per Matthew Lam on Jan 13, 2026. The vestibule doors shall be power operated. Sch A, Arch B, Struct B, Mech B, Plbg B, & Sch D are submitted. ***REVIEWED UNDER VBBL 2019 WITH AMENDMENTS EFFECTIVE ON FEB 28, 2025*** Building Review Branch Notes: - Upgrade Levels: F4, S3, N4, & A4 - The temporary use of Place of Worship under BP-2021-06792 is vacated and expired, so the existing use is Office (Group D). - No cooking operation is proposed. A separate permit is required for future cooking operation. - After HVAC balancing, a report summarizing the areas deficient and not meeting ASHRAE 62 minimums by the mechanical engineer shall be submitted to the project coordinator before occupancy.
