Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to this existing non-conforming single detached Character house on this site. Scope of work to include remove and lower basement slab, exterior work to replace windows in existing openings, replace roofing materials. Interior work includes partition layout changes, new millwork, finishes, & fixtures. Sch B - O.Wegner P.Eng - 604-579-0110 Electrification of all gas powered heating required as per REUP Heat pumps must be rated no higher than 60 dB(A). It is the responsibility of the owner and the licensed contractor to ensure heat pumps are specified and sited to minimize the sound level transmission along property lines as required by the Noise Control Bylaw #6555. Note: - Contractor and Owner are responsible for protecting street trees and private trees that are protected under The Protection of Trees Bylaw (if there are any) in proximity to any work per City of Vancouver Protection of Trees Bylaw and tree protection standards; all landscaping / street trees impacted by construction work to be made good (equal or better). - No tree removals (private trees that are protected under the Protection of Trees Bylaw) are approved with this permit. - Any necessary pruning of trees to be done by an ISA certified arborist, if required with this permit. - No heavy machinery or storage of materials or equipment permitted under the canopy dripline or within Critical Root Zone, whichever greater, of existing trees (street trees or private trees that are protected under The Protection of Trees Bylaw). - No construction allowed within the Critical Root Zone of existing trees (street trees or private trees that are protected under The Protection of Trees Bylaw).
