Scope of work pertains only to the uppermost and lowermost sections of the stairs. As a part of this repair all guardrails must be made to comply with VBBL. The existing non conforming winder can remain only if it is not being replaced. An additional handrail must be installed next to the non conforming winder. OK for Field review as per Rosa Astorino - June 4, 2021 Rev #1 - Recladding & submitted building envelope report to top story east facade exterior wall - Increase construction cost of 2000.00
