Scope of work includes replacing all windows, new partition walls, new finishes, fixtures and appliances throughout the upper floor. New electrical panel, new heat pump. Existing space and hot water heating must be replaced with electric systems as per REUP Sch B - Joselito Manrique P.Eng - 604-518-2983 Heat pumps must be rated no higher than 55 dB(A). It is the responsibility of the owner and the licensed contractor to ensure heat pumps are specified and sited to minimize the sound level transmission along property lines as required by the Noise Control Bylaw #6555
