Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #D026 Interior alterations to expand the existing retail store D026 into portion of D025 and change the existing retail space for storage room for one of the retail tenant in the lower mall level this existing Pacific Centre mall building. Scope of work: Demising and reconstructing interior partition walls, electrical, plumbing & finishes. NOTE: - This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. - The services of a structural engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector. - This permit is for alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. - Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. - #D025 has been cancelled and is to be removed from the building/suite entry. #D026 is to be posted as shown on the approved plans & clearly visible from the suite entry prior to final inspection.
