Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for a new retail tenant on the ground floor of this existing commercial building on this site. Appeal no. Z36216 was heard by the Board of Variance on January 14, 2025 and was allowed thereby granting a zoning relaxation of Section 14.3 from the Zoning and Development By-law.
