High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations to provide improvements to this existing 2-storey vacant Production studio (F2) in this existing industrial building on the site. Scope of work is to RE&RE windows, to install an overhead convenience door, to install cantilevered canopy at rear of the building, remove portion of an existing parapet wall on the front (north elevation) OK for DB for exterior alteration as per O. Szeleczky on Sept 9, 2019 OK for parking relaxation as per A. Wroblewski on Sept 9, 2019 **overtime requested** (Paid: Oct. 21/19) NOTE: the 2014 VBBL applies to this application. Revision #2 (May 25, 2021): EKOS Redevelopments Inc. takes over as General Contractor. Sun tunnel skylight has ben changed to a regular skylight. Some minor interior partition changes, plus wall types P1a now has wood studs. Prefabricated wall types P3 & P3a added. Exterior wall type W1 has been upgrades with insulation. Mullions revised on window types W5 & W8. Door types D5 & D7 deleted. Interior doors revised as part of the prefabricated wall systems. Panic bars deleted on doors D-100, D-115, & D-221. Middle handrail deleted at exterior front steps. Walls and doors on WC2 & Stair 1 at 2nd floor kept to match existing conditions.
