Notes: - Radio antenna system to be installed in this building. - This project was reviewed under the VBBL 2019. - One 2-hr horizontal shaft with grease duct is proposed for 125 Water Street from suite to the lane. 15-Sep-2025 - ST1 (E &S) issued. 27-Jan-2026 - ST2 (Foundation to Grade) issued. 18-Jun-2026 - ST3 (Full permit) issed. BP Revisions issued: 13-Nov-2025 - REVISION #1 Changes to excavation and shoring drawings triggered by site conditions. One section of the existing basement walls under the remaining historic facades along Water Street must be removed and replaced with an entirely new basement wall due to the poor condition of the old basement wall. Conventional anchored shotcrete per section C design specifications has been extended accordingly to the east, as shown on the south elevation view.
