Stage II (foundation to grade) issued July 7/ 2025. Stage III (full construction) issued Dec 18/ 2025 Note Stage III: the Project contains shell CRUs on Level 1; shell office suites on Levels 2-4; outfitted office suites on Levels 6-7; and an outfitted childcare suite on Level 3. A shell café will be provided on Level 8 (shell), operated/ under the control of the office space. P.S.: an alternative solution still required re: gender neutral washrooms partition walls.
