Description

Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a new 6-storey self storage building (mini-storage warehouse) with associated uncovered and enclosed loading bays and parking on the main floor. There will also be a customer service office on the main floor. This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is Gordon Richards, Architect AIBC, CP. NOTES 1. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on July 23, 2024. 2. The 1st and 2nd storey is an interconnected floor space per 3.2.8.2.(6). An unrated fire separation is proposed 3. The issuance of this permit is subject to the Archaeological Chance Find Management Procedure (CFMP) for the development of 1270 West 75th Ave and 1289 West 76th Ave, Vancouver (2025) developed by the Musqueam Archaeology Department. All relevant crews conducting ground disturbance activities must have taken the Musqueam Archaeology Department project-specific CFMP training prior-to construction and subsequent management recommendations resulting from ongoing field results during construction must be followed.
